Your Mortgage Centre

Chris Shelton and Digory James set up Your Mortgage Centre in 2006 to help ensure that customers are provided with a full service when looking for a mortgage. With over 35 years of mortgage experience between them by working in Banks, Building Societies and Estate Agents, Chris and Digory created the company for customers who would like to have the choice of the whole marketplace.

Chris began working in Financial Services in 1994 where he worked at the Royal Bank of Scotland. Since then he has gained a wealth of knowledge working as a mortgage adviser in local estate agents before setting up Your Mortgage Centre Ltd. He met Digory while working at Your Move and in 2006 the dream of setting their own independent mortgage centre became a reality. Chris lives in Bognor Regis with his wife and 2 children and is a keen runner and footballer. Digory started working in financial services in 1999 after graduating with a degree in Business Economics. His first job was with C&G as a mortgage adviser and since then he has worked for the Woolwich, Lloyds and Your Move advising customers on a suitable mortgage. Digory lives in Worthing with his wife and 2 children and spends lots of his time helping coach his son’s youth football team.
