We currently operate in West Yorkshire coveringBradford,Dewsbury, Batley, Leeds, Wakefield, Ossett, Huddersfield, and Halifax. We also have some properties in Doncaster, Sheffield and now London.

Yorkshire Property Lettings was founded in Wakefield in 2010 by Mrs Kala Rajeswaran after winning a prestigious property entrepreneur award earlier that year. Yorkshire Property Lettings provides landlords with full property lettings and management services. With over 100 landlords in our database, we cater to clients ranging from individuals with just one property to landlords with property portfolios. Yorkshire Property Lettings are specialists in providing portfolio management service for our landlords, regardless of portfolio size. We provide landlords with a one-stop solution for their entire property portfolios. Our property management services are offered throughout West Yorkshire. We provide portfolio landlords with a dedicated professional property manager to oversee the management of their portfolio. This ensures a structured and methodical approach to portfolio property management which minimises any disruption to the landlord. Yorkshire property Lettings are members of the Ombudsman for Estate and Lettings Agents (TPOS).
