If the heat is what you’re after, there are hot yoga classes available for all levels, throughout the day. If a non-heated practice is more your speed, enjoy a wide-variety of practices where you’ll have the opportunity to explore your body without the added challenge of the heat. Most of all, our goal is to make sure you feel safe and comfortable on your mat. Our dedicated teaching and reception staff are always available to answer your questions after class, and are there to ensure you have a positive experience from beginning to end.
