The yoga at Yogababy is very special. I teach Integral Yoga Hatha based on the teachings of Sri Swami Satchidananda. His message is "Truth is one, paths are many". He is revered for dedicating his life to serving humanity and bringing together people of all backgrounds and beliefs. His yoga teaches us to let go of the anger and fear that lead to depression and stress, and instead to focus our minds and bodies on leading a positive and useful life.
