Hatha Yoga for all levels. Yoga classes in Haddenham, Thame and surrounding areas. I aim to teach yoga that everyone can benefit from regardless of fitness or age. My belief is that everyone should be attuned to what is happening within their bodies and let the body and the breath be their guiding force. I started practicing yoga a number of years ago with the sole aim of toning my body.

I realised after just my first class that yoga had so much more to offer. It was only after attending a class that I found yoga could leave you feeling calm, relaxed and generally more balanced. It was after attending a yoga retreat with Simon Low that I decided to train as a Yoga Teacher and embark.
