Yoga-Durham

You will find details of Yoga Holidays I will be running in 2020. In June, September and October I will be again teaching at the beautiful Spectrum Yoga Centre in Dalyan Turkey. I hold a level two diploma in Thai Yoga Massage, accredited by the Federation of Holistic Therapists. I have also recently undergone training and study into Myofascial Release techniques. I offer therapeutic massage which can be performed in my own home or in the home of the client. On this website you will find details regarding Durham Yoga Group with which I am involved. From January 2013 Durham Yoga Group has been holding regular monthly yoga sessions on Saturday mornings at Witton Gilbert, near Durham City. Our intention is to promote yoga in the Durham area. The programme is organised to widen the group’s understanding of yoga by introducing teachers from different yoga backgrounds.
