I learnt to make jewellery via an adult education class when I fancied trying something other than card making which I already enjoyed. Over the last few years, I've done a few more workshops to perfect my techniques, and now find most pleasure (and have the most spare time), in beading with some wirework. I've recently had a baby, so now's the perfect opportunity to clear out my house of all my jewellery makes, and to use up more of my beautiful beads I've bought over that time. For my jewellery, I generally use silver plated findings. However, if you want something recreated in sterling silver please ask, although bear in mind this will up the price. I like to use Swarovski crystals where possible to give the best sparkle, and also use semi precious gemstones where suitable.
