Yana-Massage

Yana is originally from the Russian region of Siberia and is fluent in both languages of English and her native Russian. Yana was first introduced to massage in Russia as a teenager by her uncle Alexander, who is now a highly successful and sought after massage therapist based in Germany. Yana's passion for massage was ignited as she learned of his unique massage techniques and became interested to become a therapist in her own right. After relocating to London Yana gained her ITEC qualification as a holistic massage therapist and further developed her skills to a high level of expertise.

Her uncle Alexander remains to be her mentor and a source of guidance. Yana has an attentive caring friendly nature and strives to deliver the highest standard of holistic massage therapy. Yana combines her unique massage techniques with calm music to relax and stabilise the mind, body and spirit balance. Yana manipulates tissue and muscles to help break down tension and stiffness.
