At Wyman Opticians we pride ourselves on being an independent family run business founded in 1947 by Michael Wyman after his army service. After his retirement in 1984 it was taken over by the present owners. We have three optometrists qualified to undertake all Nhs services plus the provision of all the new Welsh assembly initiatives, including provision for low vision service plus the newly introduced health screening services.

David Phillips and Sarah Phillips and Sarra Lau all of whom qualified at Cardiff University. Our support team consists of Sharon Williams our optical advisor who joined us way back in 1988. Christy Taylor our optical technician who joined in 2000 plus Jackie Garland who has run the reception area since 2009. Our newest member of staff is Claire Cousins who is training in both workshop and reception duties.
