Due to recent changes in the lettings industry, we have seen more owners become disillusioned with their current listings, and look for alternatives that operate the way they want them to - without dealing with a large, inflexible bureaucracy. To serve our owners better, we have recently taken on a new partner, Paul Stephenson. Paul already has a successful business (Solwise has just celebrated its 25th birthday!) and also owns a property in France and was frustrated with changes to his existing site. Having spoken to us at Gites.co.uk, he has joined our team to help us deliver our vision. To help with our recent growth, we have also brought in Rachel Laud to help out with day to day running of our web site, promotions, and of course to help our owners get the most from their listing.
