Annette is a Chartered Physiotherapist (with acupuncture training) an APPI Certified Matwork Pilates instructor and an ITEC qualified holistic massage therapist. Being an experienced senior physiotherapist and sports massage therapist she understands your aches and pains, weaknesses and limitations and can work with you to successfully achieve your goals. Annette is experienced in therapeutic relaxing massage, she takes into account your lifestyle as well as any specific issues or conditions and provides treatments designed to relieve your symptoms, help you relax and leave you feeling rejuvenated.

Annette works from home in her exclusive relaxing garden studio. With no back to back bookings, appointments are never rushed. She is passionate and enthusiastic about her work which will reflect on giving you the best service possible.
