Our office is based in Witham and specialises in local properties around town and within a +/- 15 mile radius of Witham. Formed as Witham Letting Services, we have steadily grown with a high degree of customer relations towards both our landlords and tenants. WitSell was created to cater for clients who wished to sell but enjoyed our service and did not want to leave our firm. Our sales agency has now been selling houses for over a decade and is steeped in the firm’s customer focused ethos as opposed to a traditional sale-at-any-cost mentality. Owing to our central location, WitLet has constant demand for all types of quality property for both our lettings department and our sales portfolio and we always offer a competitive fee structure. We have managed to achieve this by introducing many #PropTech (Property Technology) improvements that have increased efficiency allowing us to keep our Witham lettings prices and sales commissions relatively low for clients in comparison to our competition.
