Helen qualified as a physiotherapist at Manchester University in 1996. She has worked in various NHS trusts and private practices in Merseyside, most recently as the Clinical Manager of the physiotherapy outpatient department at Wirral University Teaching Hospital. She has also worked as a Manager / Physiotherapist in Victoria, Australia during which time she completed her Pilates training with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute.

Helen has extensive experience working with breast cancer patients post lumpectomy, mastectomy and reconstruction and is also a Certified Rehabilitation Breast Cancer Exercise Specialist / Pink Ribbon Program Instructor.
