Window Magic Cleaning

Hello my name is Gavin, from Rayleigh in Essex. I started Window Magic Cleaning in 2008 after working for other companies who didn’t offer the level of service I knew I could give. My goal was to be the best around, giving my clients the very best service possible. Previous to forming Window Magic Cleaning I learnt my trade with other Window Cleaning and Roofline companies, learning all the techniques and developing my own along the way.

Will clients want the absolute cheapest window cleaning service, or the quickest conservatory cleaning service money can buy, at the expense of quality and professionalism? Or will a proud home owner like you – who takes pride in their home – prefer to receive excellent workmanship and service from us, for the best possible price?

When I started my company it was important to me that my clients saw me as reliable and friendly, I wanted to earn their trust and confidence, and ultimately have them know they are going to receive the very best professional service each and every time I arrive, as well as honest advice on any other service required.

Once I became established I decided to add extra services, I wanted my clients to be able to come to me for all exterior cleaning solutions. As well as offering Window Cleaning and Conservatory Cleaning we started to offer Gutter Unblocking and repairs, an area that many of my clients would rather leave to a professional. It’s important to me that whether it’s myself or another member of the Window Magic team that we use the safest methods possible to complete all jobs.
