West Kent Estates Limited is run by Simon Homes who, with over 30 years' experience in all aspects of property sales and lettings, has created a local team to cover the villages of West Kent that he feels has been overlooked by local Estate Agents in the past. His aim is to provide a bespoke estate agency service and give all clients a true personal service.

Having worked for both corporate and independent Estate Agency companies, Simon has a fantastic understanding of what makes a good estate agent. He started his career in the early 1980's, when Estate Agency was still viewed as an honest and trustworthy profession, and he still employs the same values today that were taught to him as a trainee.
