Michael is the Senior Partner in our long established firm. He has a wealth of experience in Trusts and Wills, Commercial Property, Litigation and Employment. Michael sat as a Deputy District Judge in the course of which he dealt with a wide range of Litigation. He is a member of Resolution, the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, the Association of Contentious Trusts and Probate Specialists and is Secretary of the local Law Society and Editor of a Legal journal.

Jane Toft has over 20 years of experience as a Solicitor dealing with Commercial and Residential Property and Landlord and Tenant issues.

Seb was admitted in 1999 and started at the firm in 2008. He specializes in all types of company and commercial work and has previously worked at Freshfields in London and Brabners Chaffe Street and Pannone in Manchester. In 2002, he was named one of the top 30 young lawyers of the North and is also a former visiting lecturer in Business law at the College of Law, Chester.
