Michelle has been a naturopath and massage therapist for 15 years and is an experienced and professional practitioner. Originally from Australia, she trained at the well established and reputable ACNT (Australasian college of Natural therapies), Sydney. Coming from a professional sporting family health, nutrition and diet have been a fundamental aspect to her up-bringing. So, for her to train in healthcare, well-being and body work was a natural progression for her. Michelle has a wide scope of knowledge and clinical experience.

Her roles have included, an educator and lecturer for colleges on many aspects of health and disease, trainer and educator for a leading UK supplement company training retail staff, practitioners and healthcare workers, ran talks and seminars for many types of audiences for the Scotland region. Her passion is writing and she has written for colleges and media publications both print and internet mediums.
