Whistlefish Barbican

The name Whistlefish Galleries comes from St Ives, the location of our very first gallery, where in Victorian times local fishermen landed Three Bearded Roach, commonly known as Whistlefish that were found in rock pools around the bay. Since 1998 it has been our aim to offer our own, unique, yet affordable vision in contemporary and traditional art, greetings cards, accessories and gifts.

We are renowned for the quality of our art - from the sourcing of the fine Italian paper used for our greeting cards to our framed prints that are hand finished in our own framing workshop. We have passion for what we do and we hope that our greetings cards will endear you to your family and friends and that our artwork will grace your home and give you many years of pleasure.
