The Company focuses on developing brownfield sites into residential developments, providing real homes for real people. Our portfolio of diverse projects include large scale residential schemes of new build apartments and houses, hotels, restoration and refurbishment of historical buildings often listed by English Heritage and other mixed use schemes. We have ambitious but achievable growth plans with the aim of attaining a one billion pound turnover within the next 10 years. Weston Homes was built on solid foundations right from the start. Riding the various waves of the economic climate through to the more recent global recession of 2008/9, our unique business model has not only led to our survival where others fell by the wayside, but ultimately to our growth and continued success.
