The crew, Paul, John and Nick all knew us from previous moves with the company. We moved from a street, and John did not know I saw him helping an old lady over the ramp most kindly and gently, holding her hand and chatting to her. We have used Weston & Edwards at least six times; they have also moved house for my mother and my aunt. They are unfailingly professional and go out of their way to make the whole process as easy as possible, come rain or shine. Close contact with the office; nothing ever seems to be too much trouble, a can-do attitude, and prompt and courteous attention throughout the company reflects from head office to crew. Their humour goes a long way too.
