In March 2018 Westfields Construction Limited was purchased by Tianjin Construction Engineering (Hong Kong) Co., Limited (TCEG HK”), the HK subsidiary of Tianjin Construction Engineering Group whom recently concluded privatisation in China. Elaine Kwok was appointed CEO of Westfields Construction, James Varley retained as Managing Director and Paul Newell, Projects Director appointed company director in July 2018. TCEG HK’s investment has accelerated Westfields growth in 2018. Enabling the award of landmark schemes in London and Manchester with a total revenue of £70m. Westfields Construction seeks to deliver exceptional quality in its work, working closely and collaboratively with its clients, supply chain and stakeholders.
