Our staff are all trained and certified by Apple and we have access to special Apple programs such as Education Solution Expert and Authorised Service Provider. By the way, the term Reseller is very American, after all Apple are one of the original "Silicon Valley" companies. For the UK equivalent of reseller read agent or retailer. Rest assured, we sell brand new Apple equipment.
