Everyone here has held senior positions within the NHS before starting to work privately, and between us we have specialisms in a wide variety of areas including back and neck conditions, joint and muscle problems, sports injuries, neurology, arthritis, clinical pilates, acupuncture and women's health.

Whatever your condition, our approach is to get you better and help make sure you stay that way. So, using a combination of hands-on treatment, specialised exercise equipment and technology like ultrasound, we strengthen the muscles that support your body, helping you regain lost mobility and easing away pain. Part of your treatment will usually be a specially tailored set of exercises to take away and do at home. Carrying on with these once you feel better will help to make sure your problem doesn't recur.
