We help you to set goals that are realistic, achievable and maintainable. Any potential obstacles to reaching your preferred weight will be examined, taking account of what has worked for you in the past and what has not.
We discuss and agree a decisive plan of action with each client, action that we will need to take to take over the coming days and weeks as we work toward your goals.
