Weald Property Management Ltd. was established 1985 and handles all aspects of Residential lettings and Property Management. Weald Property Sales was established in 2014 and handles all aspects of Residential sales. Alex Hill is the Managing Director, as of February 2012 Catherine Berkeley was made a Director and she sits on the board.

Alex Hill M.A.R.L.A has been involved in the South East property market for over 12 years having previously worked for Sir Michael Caine at his Michelin starred restaurant, The Canteen in Chelsea Harbour, overseeing the bar and beverage side of the business before going on to assist him with his property portfolio in London and Miami as well as the launch the South Beach Brasserie, in South beach, Miami. Returning to UK he was head hunted by a London based Events and Marketing agency, planning events for clients such as Ogilvy & Mather and Framestore and brand building for blue chip clients such L'Oreal and Armani.
