Wayne Byatt Construction Ltd was formed in 1995 as Wayne Byatt Builder and Property Repairs, as a sole trader based in Leek, Staffordshire.In 2000 the Wayne Byatt Builders became a Limited company, along with a name change to Wayne Byatt Construction Ltd. By this time Wayne Byatt Construction Ltd customer base had increased considerably including work for local Councils and works related with Peak Park.

Due to the increase of the company's works, Wayne Byatt Construction Ltd was able to employ more employees.
