Waterside Clinic

I am from a farming family and grew up in Suffolk. My love of the countryside informed and inspired my initial training in Art, gaining a BA (Hons) Fine Art from Bath Academy. I went on to Goldsmiths and completed my Art Teacher's Certificate. I taught Art at secondary school level in London and developed art therapy projects with children in hospital. I also did a year of Theatre design at the Riverside Theatre, Hammersmith.

The change of focus career-wise came about as a result of my own illness and direct experience of acupuncture treatment. In 1988 I decided to train at the College of Traditional Acupuncture. I have had a private practice since 1991 in both corporate and private clinic settings. I was part of the faculty at the College of Traditional Acupuncture from 1994 to 1999.

Since leaving CTA Robbie and myself have entered a very creative phase of life.
