Wards Surveyors was originally formed in 1988 by Vernon Ward, and now is a general practice firm with a bias towards management. In respect of block/site management our portfolio is in excess of 1,000 properties in developments from six to sites with in excess of one hundred units. Our management activities are supervised by chartered surveyors with experienced support staff.
Wards Commercial is a division of Wards Surveyors, which was formed in 1988 and originally traded as Castle Commercial. Since its inception it has seen a vast increase in its size and the field of expertise offered to clients in the UK and abroad. Our recent change of name to Wards Surveyors coincided with our decision to further expand our range of services into the residential house sales market, enabling us to offer the one stop property shop, with a full range of property sales and lettings from under one roof.
