W.A.M.A - Weston Academy of Martial Arts was set up in 1997 by Weston's Stuart Davies a 7th Dan Instructor. The academy has gone from strength to strength offering a varied timetable, which caters for all. Stuart has been involved in teaching since he was 15yrs old and has produced some great champions and also changed peoples life with his approach to teaching not only the physical aspects but also the mental aptitude required to make a complete Martial artist.

WAMA is based in the upstairs of the new Swet.
Stuart is also a Pro boxing trainer with the British Boxing Board of Control he is an experienced accomplished trainer with a great approach. The track record of W.A.M.A is there for all to see it is without doubt the most successful club in the South West and provides a great atmosphere and top facitlities to train in. Members can also receive a reduced gym membership at Swet. FA for their weight training needs.
