However, due to our experience and qualification, we are able to adapt any menu to meet your personal requirements, or will work with you to personally design an exclusive menu just for you! Where there are specific dietary requirements to be met, we will ensure that they are prepared and presented separately, and are all clearly labeled.All of our food products are sourced locally where possible, and prepared by hand with the utmost care and attention to detail. The presentation of our platters and buffets is hugely important to us; we arrange and decorate all of our buffets and platters skillfully by hand.
