We arrange both residential and commercial mortgages for rural, agricultural and equestrian property and offer normal residential mortgages for property that others say requires commercial or specialist finance. This means lower rates of interest, with lower fees, as well as a simpler application process with no requirement for business plans etc. We do also however offer agricultural, commercial equestrian and farm finance where appropriate.
