Walker Smale was established in 1996 by Simon Walker and Michael Smale. Having built a strong professional relationship during their time working for a large corporate estate agency in the area, Simon and Michael now have over 65 years combined experience of the North Leeds and Wharfedale property market.
Having guided our clients through buoyant and challenging markets over many years, Walker Smale have the experience and expertise to handle any property related matter and achieve the best outcome for our clients. In addition, all Walker Smale employees are personally trained by the partners who, themselves, enjoy being in the thick of the action to provide a truly personal service.
In 2007 Walker Smale developed a dedicated lettings department which covers the whole of the North, West Leeds and Wharfedale. Head of Lettings, Tony Dyer MRICS is based at our Bramhope Office and our Landlords are displayed across our branch network.
