We are a family run independent agency who specialise in Lettings and Property Management. Having previous knowledge and experience in the local lettings market we set up the company in 2002 feeling that there was a niche in the market for a local specialist Lettings Agent.
We are based in Thames Ditton and we cover all areas within a 10 miles radius including Thames Ditton, Surbiton, Kingston, New Malden, Esher, Hinchley Wood, Berrylands, Tolworth, Chessington, Teddington, Twickenham, Richmond, East and West Molesey and the Hamptons. Within these areas we deal with a wide range of properties from studio flats to five and six bedroom corporate properties.
We offer three main services: Tenant Finding, Rent Collection and Full Management. We can tailor make agreements to suit your individual needs and importantly there are no renewal fees or VAT on fees. We believe that our professional, enthusiastic and friendly staff, combined with our local knowledge and hard working attitude leads us to our fundamental goal - customer satisfaction.
