The prices are fixed for our services with no hidden extras and will be explained fully to the customers satisfaction before any work is undertaken. We also have a no fix no fee policy. We offer a very competitive service because being a mobile service, we do not have the same overheads as a computer shop for example, but we are just as professional. We will attempt to carry out jobs at the customers premises, but as most diagnostics take a while to run it is often more cost effective to carry out the work at our workshop at no extra charge.

If it must be carried out at the premises our rate is £20 for the first hour and £15 for every hour thereafter. We can supply new PC's to your specification or new laptops at reasonable prices. These come with the latest updates installed, anti virus installed, open office, VLC media player and Photoscape photo and image editor. We also have excellent refurbished PC's and laptops available.
