Vivamus Psychologists

Vivamus comprises a number of Clinical and Counselling Psychologists. We have worked with people with mild to severe difficulties, in a variety of settings including the NHS, voluntary organisations, as well as the private and corporate sectors. We believe in delivering high quality interventions to those who want to make a difference to their lives. We draw upon cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), psychodynamic, humanistic and systemic approaches in order to provide an integrative treatment tailored to meet the needs and preferences of the individual.

My areas of particular interest are relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, addictions, anger difficulties, anxiety, and depression. I specialise in helping people explore longer-term difficulties. I work integratively, using cognitive-behavioural therapy and psychodynamic thinking.
