I also treat people with general muscular discomfort caused by workplace, health conditions and everyday activities and lifestyle.
Supplementary to Sports Massage I use Dry Needling, where appropriate, to stimulate muscle relaxation and stimulate the healing process. I am also a certified RockDoc, supplying and applying Rocktape (kinesiology tape) in order to improve performance, enhance rehabilitation and encourage movement.
In June 2018 I joined less than 200 therapists in the UK to become a qualified ScarWork Therapist. This revolutionary technique assists in positively changing old and new scars from either surgery or accidents to enhance movement and function (by reducing underlying scar tissue and adhesions); decrease pain (by breaking adhesions and changing neurological signals)and visually alter scars (often fading redness, reducing puckering or tucks, softening and flattening scars).
