The company offers to deliver within two working days to most of mainland Britain. Deliveries to the islands, and some more remote areas, may take a day longer. We can supply almost all animal medicines authorised in the U.K. This includes those classified as Prescription Only Medicines (POM-Vs) as well as Pharmacy & Merchants List (POM-VPS/NFA-VPS) and many General Sales List (AVM-GSL) items. With human medicines, the normal approach is for the Doctor to diagnose and prescribe and for a Pharmacist to dispense. This can happen with animal medicines, though many animal owners never think to ask their vet for a prescription.
