Our Head Office is our City of London office, with its proximity to all the major insurers including Lloyd's of London, focuses on our corporate clients and it is also where our tour operators and travel agents liability team is based.
Unlike many contact centres today we are proud that our retail operations are based in the UK at Brentwood in Essex where, through the expertise of our staff coupled with the latest browser based technology, we handle a number of affinity groups including The Camping and Caravanning Club (with more than 500,000 members!). These operations offer a wide range of personal insurance products, especially in the household and outdoor leisure arena.
