My healing practice is maintained to provide a warm, safe and welcoming space for clients seeking therapy and support. Helping them overcome their psychological and emotional difficulties and have help to resolve distressing symptoms through attending therapy or training. As well as one to one sessions I run personal empowerment courses to aid healing and self development. They aim to help you become more aware of yourself as a unique individual, develop the confidence and strength to set realistic goals and fulfil your potential.
