Vaages Surveying is an independent RICS Regulated practice specialising in providing a full range of services primarily for owners of commercial properties in the private and public sectors. Founded in 2010 by Mike Savage DipSurv MRICS, Vaages Surveying Limited offers a wide range of building surveying services and advice.
As a Chartered Building Surveyor, Mike has over 20 years experience advising clients on their property portfolios. Mike started work at the local office of a international firm of surveyors before progressing to a large regional property consultancy. Mike’s skills and relationships with clients developed further, ultimately leading to promotion to partner level and heading up the commercial building surveying team in Cambridge.
Now Vaages Surveying Limited continues to receive instructions from clients with commercial properties, and to provide advice to a number of clients with agricultural and residential properties, with the majority of instructions coming from referrals and recommendations.
