In tandem with portfolio growth VOP Group is active in property acquisition and development.
It starts with the selection and acquisition of opportune sites offering potential. There then follows a process of extensive design, planning, re-structuring and finally re-construction.
Through this skilful redevelopment process the company is able to unlock the sites potential and generate added value.
As part of the Group’s growth strategy a number of private parties have entered into joint development projects carried out by the Group in the last 24 months.
