Seven years ago the company moved their repair centre to Enterprise Way. Technology and customer expectations having changed, making this necessary. Company Director Ivor Greer says that the difference in working conditions and customer service given has now put us in the top of Renault's service outlets in the country. National customer satisfaction shows an average of 79% - we return 97%.
The workshops have been dramatically updated to comply with today's modern technology. A large investment has been made which has included the installation of 4 lifts and new MoT equipment, up to the minute computer systems and telecoms infrastructure. With state of the art equipment, Renault trained technicians and Mot testers Universal Garage (Whitby) Ltd has gone from strength to strength.
