The company was born in October 2009 as a result of an opening in the lettings market for a good value and efficient agent. Since we began, we have worked with a number of out of town landlords that have property in Hull and the surrounding areas as well as local investors. We cater for the professional Buy to Let investor with a portfolio of properties to 'accidental' landlords that have inherited properties or been unable to sell their home.
We are a small team of seven dedicated lettings professionals and property maintenance engineers with good working knowledge of the area. Our directors have 30 years combined experience in Lettings and Buy to let property in the Hull and East Riding.
