Our goal is to take the stress away from our clients by offering them reliable support channels in which to communicate, we endeavour to rectify issues within the least possible time frames and ultimately we want to work with you to create a cost effective and reliable I.T infrastructure on which to work on. The business was started by Andy Clague who formerly worked for one of the largest global I.T outsourcing companies and his role involved the management of desktop services engineers supporting UK & Europe based defense companies. In addition to managing technical support staff, Andy also ran customer care workshops for 15 separate sites across the south of England and regularly visited UK help desks to assist with training and quality workshops.
