Jeffrey Gould, the owner of trp recruitment, is a hugely experienced retailer and entrepreneur. He established The Retail Partnership in 1993 to provide consultancy and support services to retailers and moving into recruitment was a natural progression for him, given his little black book of contacts and his innate charm.

The highly experienced Val May joined trp as a Senior Recruitment Consultant a year ago. Her specialities are the Design, Production and Technical sectors. With a vast knowledge of these areas, and over twenty years working in recruitment, Val has an outstanding track record of finding the right candidate for her clients.

We have been steadily growing our business in Europe and can proudly boast an Italian office. This is managed by Francesca Saggese who has an Executive Search background, working with luxury fashion businesses in London and Italy. She has a unique understanding of what the client needs and creates a great rapport with the people she works with.
