We source the highest quality ingredients and then we add our special blend of Caribbean herbs and spices. We can provide you with additional services including steel pan, bar staff and event hire. We have our roots firmly in the Caribbean with our head chef from Trinidad. We prepare fresh, seasoned and high quality food from Trinidad and Tobago, Jamaica, Barbados and the Caribbean.
