I am an experienced Psychotherapist and Counsellor with over eighteen years’ experience working within the NHS and in private practice. I tend to work with adults on a short-term and long-term basis. I provide a non-judgemental safe and confidential space to enable you to feel comfortable to explore any issues you wish to bring to the session.
My practice is on The Grove in Ilkley and I offer Friday afternoon and Friday evening sessions. I am a member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and I am bound by the ethical framework and work in accordance with their guidelines. In addition to my psychotherapy training, I have had over thirty years’ teaching experience within further and higher education establishments. I currently facilitate students studying for the Therapeutic Diploma in Counselling and the BSc Honours Degree at Leeds Beckett University.
