Townhouse was founded by William Collinge at the end 2009, having studied at The University of Manchester for 4 years. He wanted to create an agency that provided a much better quality of service to its tenants than the service he received whilst searching for and living in accommodation at University.
We now have more than 350 properties on our books and manage a varied portfolio of city centre apartments, professional and family houses and student HMO's.
Townhouse Lettings have been fantastic. We were moving up to Manchester from Kent, and my partner works abroad, so logistically, house hunting and moving in was rather complicated. But Will was so helpful - flexible with viewings and quick to answer any questions. Once we moved in, they have always been on hand to sort any problems. Everything is dealt with quickly and reliably, even though we work away from home a lot.
