As a Professional Member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists and Chartered Institute of Builders we are bound by a code of Practice that foremost requires the Practice to maintain adequate Professional Indemnity Insurance to protect the client in the unlikely event that the Practice is negligent.
