I've been practising in Horsham now for over thirteen years. In this time I've seen an increasing number of people suffering with both chronic and acute pain due to age, illness, injury, poor posture, lack of movement or poor exercise habits - often nothing to do with sport. This prevents getting the correct advice required to make a full recovery and stay pain free and mobile. It's for this reason that I wanted to own a centre where you could still receive the highest quality of therapy but to give people an affordable exercise option which would be suitable for their clinical needs - I felt this was lacking in the therapy and exercise industry. The concept was to provide a very unique facility to bridge the gap between exercise and medicine. I also wanted to provide a warm and friendly environment where you can receive honest and objective advice in order to guide and educate you toward a long-term pain free and healthy life.
